Party Package

A relaxing evening, a cocktail with friends, a barbecue and a private swimming pool, here is the mix offered at La Closerie!

Get out of your house and your daily routine, enjoy a unique location for your friend’s reunion.

Party Package: 7h rental – starting at 17:00 – Available on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and the evening before a public holiday.

1. La Closerie – basic package:
   • 350€ TTC/groups of max. 8 pers. then 45€ for any additional guest – free for kids under 2 years old

• The availability of the courtyard, the terrace and the swimming pool for seminar meal or teambuilding day
• The usage of the heated swimming pool and the existing outdoor games (Swing, Sandbox, …)
• The parking
• The indoor and outdoor furniture available on site: tables, chairs, lounge furniture, sun umbrellas and tablecloth
• The building up and down of the furniture
• The availability of a catering space, a plancha and a fridge
• The Cleaning and the disinfection according the sanitary measures linked with COVID-19
• The tableware and glassware for groups up to 20 people – setting up of these items excluded – Depending on the sanitary recommendation
• A simple sound amplifier for background music
• The availability of an indoor space for your after party from 22:00 to 01:00
• A 65-inch flat TV screen with HDMI cable and Chromecast for the airing of a movie
• The presence of a staff member of La Closerie throughout your event to open and close the premises

2. The catering – by your means or optional package offering:
   • Prices and catalogues on request

• Aperitive food – excluding alcohol
• Barbecue for lunch or dinner – excluding alcohol
• Service: waiters and cooks
• Alcohol according to your consumption

3. Animation: optional package for:
   • DJ Performance with sound and party lights: 600€ TTC
   • Extension of the ending time up to 3:00: 125 € TTC/h
