Pool Package

Pool Package : 7h rental – beginning of your event between 10h00 et 12h00

1. La Closerie – Basic package :
   • • 517,24€ VAT or 600€ TTC/groupe of max. 10 pers. then 51.72 € or 60€/pers. extra – free for kids less than 2 years old (total maximum of 20 pers.)

• The provision of the courtyard, the swimming pool and the terrace
• The use of the heated swimming pool and games accessible in the garden (swing, sandbox,...)
• Parking
• Indoor and outdoor furniture available on site: tables, chairs, armchairs, sofas, parasols and tablecloths
• The provision of a BBQ
• A small sound system to broadcast music
• The provision of a "cinema" room and / or nap room
• Furniture cleaning

2. Games in the garden of la Closerie:
   • • Between 25€ VAT and 85€ VAT per game
   • Darts
   • Connect 4
   • Corn hole
   • Molky
   • Badminton

Good neighbourly rules :

La Closerie is located in the countryside in a quiet environment, which is why :

• Outdoor music should be limited to background music
• Please take your garbage with you and do not throw them in the garbage cans of our neighbors.

the prohibitions :

• Candles on the terrace
• The use of confetti and streamers of all kinds
• Before your departure:

• Please take back all your garbage and do not leave anything on the premises
• Please leave the premises as you received it!

The cleaning and disinfection included in your rental includes basic surface cleaning. Any additional cleaning will be charged at € 43.00 excl. VAT per hour. Any additional hour started will be automatically invoiced at the rate of € 90.00 excluding VAT. Each garbage bag forgotten on the site will be charged at the unit rate of € 25.00 excluding VAT. Each missing or damaged item will be automatically charged at replacement price.
